Follow up Assessment

Includes a more detailed assessment of any issues identified in the initial assessment, allowing for further questions, detailed advice, tailored support, targeted observations and practical demonstrations required for a detailed report.
Short Report (1 - 2 pages)

A brief report summarising the areas assessed and the diagnosis with a few recommendations.
Full Report (4 - 5 pages)
$300.00
This follows two assessment sessions and is a detailed report summarising the full assessment findings, complete diagnosis and a wide variety of recommendations.
Therapy Sessions
$150.00
One to one therapy session with the SLT, to directly work on communication deficits with modelling, home activities and advice provided. 30 minute session.
Training
$200.00
For parents, carers, teachers, learning support assistants etc. Can be carried out face to face or online. One hour sessions.
Travel
$25.00
Travel will be to schools, kindergartens, playgroups, community centres and medical centres. $25 for up to 15 minute drive from Whangārei CBD. Visits further than this by prior arrangement. Home visits are not routinely available.
