This website is operated by Clarity by Victoria, a sole trader providing speech-language therapy services in New Zealand.

Cancellation

Please give the SLT at least 24 hours notice of cancellation should you be unable to attend a session. Following two consecutive cancellations, the service may be withdrawn.

Failure to attend two consecutive sessions with no reason provided may result in withdrawal of the service.

Late arrivals up to 15 minutes will still be seen, arrivals later than that will need to be rescheduled. If you are running late, please alert the SLT.

Payments

Payments are due within five days of the sessions and are non-refundable.

Scan and Pay via Hnry is available on site (internet banking login details needed).

A follow up session will only be offered where the previous session and/or report has been paid in full.

Privacy

Clarity by Victoria respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including name, email address, phone number, information submitted through contact or enquiry forms or information relevant to therapy enquiries or appointments.

We may also collect limited non-identifying website usage information through analytics tools (such as page visits or browser type).

Your information may be used to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments or services, communicate regarding therapy services, maintain business records and improve website functionality and user experience. We only collect information reasonably necessary for providing our services.

Please note that email and website contact forms may not be completely secure. Avoid sending highly sensitive or confidential information electronically where possible.
